Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using InvoiceHive ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceHive is a cloud-based platform for uploading, organizing, and analyzing invoices and bank statements. Features and pricing are described on our website and may change over time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@theinvoicehive.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or compromise the platform's security.
• Use automated scripts to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

InvoiceHive and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, and trademarks. You retain ownership of any documents or data you upload. You grant InvoiceHive a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party and to use it only for the purposes of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceHive's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall InvoiceHive be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
